4Team's Sync2 Tool Licensing Scam They lure you in with great looking deals, but then scam you out of more money to make it work Coral Springs Florida

Nov 16 - enquire with 4Team sales about what to buy. Explicity state I want to sync 2 computers.
Nov 16 - 4Team sales recommnded I buy the "Sync Outlook 3" bundle.
Nov 28 - bought "Sync Outlook 3" bundle
Nov 30 - attempt installation on work computer. Failed:
- FTP feature inoperable behind corporate firewall+proxy
- Software was unable to show the additional "archive.pst" file I wanted to sync
Nov 30 - Opened ticket with 4Team support (ticket #LTK12145069309457X )
Nov 30 - Response was generic and unhelpful. I responded with more information, but never heard back
Dec 20 - Gave up waiting for an answer, and tried again using the "external USB drive method". The software again failed to show the additional "archive.pst" data file to select for syncing.
Dec 20 - Engaged the live chat support. Technician confirmed that the software will not work behind the corporate firewall, saying "it is too hard to make it work in all situations". Technician was also unable to solve the "archive.pst" problem, instead suggesting that I delete and re-create my outlook profile. The support session ended. I was not emailed with a follow up, so I cannot tell you the ticket number.
Instead of deleting my profile, I solved the problem by deleting a datafile from my Outlook profile for which the PST file couldn't be found.
Was finally able to configure the software, almost a month after purchase.
Attempted to install the software on the second computer, and discovered that a second license would be required to make the software work.

My claim is that
- no where on the product description page (http://www.sync2.com/) does it clearly say that a license is needed on both machines
- the software is advertised as "a quick and easy way of synchronizing Microsoft Outlook folders' data on two or more PCs" and "Sync2 will make sure that your Outlook folders on all computers involved in synchronization will look exactly the same"
- The pre-sales technician failed to indicate that 2 licenses are required
- The website allows you to buy a single license
- 4Team are denying my refund request, saying I should have done this within 14 days of purchase. As described above, I was waiting for a response that never came.
- To make their software work at all, they want to charge me an additional US$25.

Their 14 day return policy is a joke. It might make sense for physical items that can be degraded with use, but this is a digital license that can be switched off at any moment. They'd rather keep my money and make an enemy, rather than do the right thing, admit their software isn't quite right for me, and refund the money.
