5 Star Movers Moving Services, LLC "A Horrible Expirence" Waukesha, Wisconsin

We hired this company to move from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Port st Lucie, Florida over a year ago now. During the move they damaged a great deal of valuable items, some of which cannot be replaced. The way in which some of the items were damaged was so bad you would think someone took a sledge hammer to them.

All in all the damage far exceeded the insurance for them.

The service is the major issue however; they operate with a claims company called "Claims Processing Center" 1324 Forest Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10302. I submitted the paperwork over a year ago and called several times a month up to a few months ago. Wasn't until March they asked me for detailed information and pictures, which was promptly mailed.

Each call to this claim center, when it was answered that is, resulted in a 15-30 minute session of being put on hold, only to be told I would be called back, which never happened.
