I have a loan with 500 Fast Cash and one Click Cash ( I think they are the same company or work together). At this point 500FC and Cash one has tried to take money out of my account with no funds which has cost me, being modest, a grand total of $1400 in negative fees. At times from what I heard from my bank, they would try to withdraw a total of 3-4 times a week. My bank charges $35 per NIS transaction x2 do the math. At times one whole pay check would go to negative fees. My understanding from this loan is that I would paying a total of $90 interest. So a total of $390... I have then read they are trying to take a total of $960. They have no # to get a hold of them and when I got a hold of 500FC they called me because I closed my account. At this point I have paid both company's a total of $540 and do not plan to pay them anymore do to them causing me to go negative. I was wondering if the following statement below is true and if there is anything I could do about my negative charges.

Someone Wrote- "This is all great advice. Be advised that PDL companies are notoriously bad. You must be sure that they are licensed to extend loans in your state. I have found two PDL companies that are not licensed, registered as a corporation or d/b/a in NM, OK, or CA. All these states require licenses to extend loans period. You can find out by going to your state's secretary of state website, they will be able to direct you.

Here's a important point, from my contracts class. All contracts, to be legal, must meet 4 requirements. They are: 1) offer; 2) acceptance; 3) consideration; and 4) legality. If the PDL company you are dealing with has meet all of these requirements expect one, the contract is null and void. In my case, the PDL company I was dealing with has no license to extend loans in CA. It does not meet element 4 - "legality" therefore, my contract with these companies (United Cash Loans and One Click Cash) are void. "
