Placed an online order for a bunch of online Access classes. Our company Credit card was charged. I place the order on June 20th, 2018 and was unable to log in to the site to access the courses. I did not order any of the CDs, I just wanted the online courses. Every time I went to log into the site it said that my e-mail address was not in their database. Since then I have made multiple attempts to contact using almost every option there is on the site including texting the phone number that is there which it says that you can text, I have even sent a message through the presidents club section of the site. All attempts included my order number and all my information and still to this day I have not received any response.

This company is legit, somehow my order got lost but everything was resolved and my order was sent to me. It did take quite a long time but they are a small company.
