My husband and I purchased premium membership from FB Profit Pages with a risk free guarentee. This facebook marketing/company/offer - 5th Power Marketing LLC did not provide any service other than building three poorly built fanpages. I had to hound them to get this done and/or any response all. After 30 days of nothing but empty promises I requested a refund. "full 60 day money back guarantee". It has been over a week since I initially requested this refund. Their top notch customer service (NOT) responded to my request for a refund with the following statement.
" What problem are you having?

Robert Kromer - Support Manager"
My response again was "Not satisfied - request a refund for my premium membership."
No respnse once again.
DO NOT PURCHASE FB PROFIT PAGES - I strongly believe they are a SCAM!

I found online you can email another group that can open up an investigation into abuse. Maybe if they get enough complaints they will do something about these scammers!!

They replied to me in a matter of hours with this response.
