Dontrell Lyons is a scammer.  Here is what someone posted on warrior forum .


The company that's listed through PayPal Is Fifth Power Marketing LLC. They are registered in Kansas, the person listed is Dontrell Lyons, his LinkedIn profile Dontrell Lyons | LinkedIn lists him as being in the loss Angeles area and also lists him as owning Lyon King Media LLC another corporate entity listed in Kansas.
The corporate listing for both of his LLCs is

DigiResults did have them as a product but terminated them.

This is the same as the 5th Power marketing one. Of course this could be someone using this persons identity but I don't think that's the case. I was told by my attorney to file a report at http://www.ic3.gov

I found online you can email another group that can open up an investigation into abuse.  Maybe if they get enough complaints they will do something about these scammers!!

They replied to me in a matter of hours with this response.

Sadly paypal did nothing.  they did say this company is under investigation and that its possible i could get my refund as they will hold their money for up to 6 months if the acct gets suspended.

How did it go with your refund claim with Paypal?

For me Paypal declained my first claim for a refund for this reason,

"Unfortunately, we are denying your claim because your purchase was for a
virtual, digital, or intangible item, which is not covered under PayPal
Purchase Protection. We only cover claims involving physical items that
can be shipped and tracked."

I have now done an appeal on the case, with references to the reports on this site. But I think they probably will deny again for the same reason as above. But I have to try everything I can.

I talked to paypal today.  They said that I have a good chance of winning this.  Even though it is not a physical item they clearly are scamming people.

I'm guessing if enough people complain it'll shut down their account.
