They stole $1100 told me they ran my credit they never did. Charged me $1100 as a fee for a $1700 a month studio. They blocked me after they "brokered” a deal between me and a slumlord who ended up not speaking English or acted like he didn’t. Turned my power off. Threatened my life. Tried to get me to get another tenant who pays his rent on time every Month to write a letter who i never even met the guy and say that i was scared of him bc they can’t figure out a way to evict him.

All bc he complains bc the house is literally inhabitable. A homeless person rips the boards off the house and the slumlord and Ian couldn’t figure out how to even evict him so they allowed him to live rent free as long as he found tenants. The house was boarded up bc years ago the slumlords mother passed. It’s been empty and rotting for the past 9 years. Housing authority building inspector and LA COUNTY all have declared it inhabitable yet they are still showing it trying to get people to move in. Since the pandemic they turned my power off bc they told Edison that no tenants lived here anymore and since there is already $6,000 in charges and fees that they have racked up they had no problem shutting off the power. This is all during the corona virus pandemic. I’m still without power. .

That’s not to mention all the mold and the disgusting bugs spiders rats rotting wood. LA COUNTY plus housing authority plus Santa Monica code enforcement officers all have written reports saying this is not a livable situation. 877 rent pro knew that. The toilet is about to cave in. It is one of the worst situations I have ever seen much less had to deal with in my life.
