Living in this building is not too far from living a NIGHTMARE. Everyone that works in 900 Biscayne Bay Condos are rude or incomptenet. It starts from their management all the way down to the janitors. They have no regards to the residence of the building. Here are a few list of items to expect if you decide to purchase or rent a condo here:

• Management - They are pretty rude. Debbie is my favorite. When I was moving into the building I had to check in both my cars to have them put the sticker that opens the gate into the building. I drove one car to have her put the sticker and she kept asking me where the other vehicle was. I guess she can drive two cars at the same time. Pretty neat trick. Also, if theirs any priblems like your vehicle gettinf broken into or wheels stolen. Dont worry. She'lle be nice to tell you that its not their fault and its the same as you leaving your car on the side of the road. 
• Securtiy - Cars and wheels are stolen on a normal basis. No worries! Martha is my favorite. Every encounter ive had with her, she screams at me. She yelled at me and my GF while we were changing our air filter. Dont bother complaining to Debbie. She's too busy playing Flappy Bird. 
• Elevators - Theirs usually 2 out of 6 elevators that works. Once you get into the elevator you will be greeted by the foul smell of the service elevator and by the security guard who pushes the button to whatever floor you need to go to who has been sweating all day.
• Delivery of mail - Make sure you keep an excel sheet of your packages. If not, good luck receiving it. If the lower lobby attendant overlooks your pacakge it wont be entered in their system. If you do receive a pacakge make sure to call them to have it ready 2 hours before you would like to pick it up downstairs. Dont worry, they usually forget to grab it so when you get there, it most likely wont be there and will should only take 25 minutes to find it.
• Janitors - They love to insult the residence. Ive been called a few racist remarks. The person still works here, I cant remember his name but he has a nice gold cap on his front tooth.
