 We placed an order on 12/15/16. Received email our order was being processed. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Finally e mailed company asking order status. Kept getting auto replies with different times of delivery. Was informed that they thought the order was lost in shipping, but we never received a tracking number as promised. We I complained and asked for refund, They informed me that I needed to retract my complaint and disputed charge to my credit card to hasten any refund. This outfit should be investigated as a scam outfit and not be allowed to do business on line.

99SANTA I ordered the Christmas decoration that projects stars on your house. That order was placed on 12/5/16. I paid extra for 2-day shipping. I have sent numerous emails inquiring about my order. In return I am sent the same email telling me it is being processed. I have also been sent emails to rate their service. 4 days ago I received an email saying that my shipping charges have been r returned to my bank. That was also untrue. China Internet

99santa On 11/27 I ordered items from 99santa, paying extra for 2 day shipping. Now here it is 12/20 and I still haven't received my order. I have emailed them over and over again and I get what I feel is a a form letter emailed back telling me they are so busy that stock is low and they are working really hard on my order. I ended up telling them I want to cancel my order, they say well it's to late to do that.. So I told them they were effing scammers, which they I turn sent me another form type email. 99Santa I ordered a dash cam for my nephew. With mail it was $34.95 US ,I live in Canada, I did the ordering November 26th. I received an e-mail November 30th that the item had been shipped. They sat 5 business days. It's now November 15th, and still nothing. I have put a stop payment. Wasn't even sure if this company is legit or not. I got the same response, as some of the other reviewersrs. Sent a tracking number, which ends up trying to remove my google search engine. Internet
