I ordered 2 products from this crappy company a 3d headset and a remote control dinosaur these were supposed to be christmas gifts. I got the 3D headset about a week after christmas and still have not received the dinosaur. I have contacted the company many times and they are asking for a picture of the box that the headset came in. Really how stupid My son threw the box away as most people would do. We waited thinking the dinosaur was coming in a different shipment. When another week went by that is when I started contacting them. I was not aware the shipping box of the item I already received was a requirement to replace or refund the cost of the missing item. Here is there reply We require photo verification for all defective product claims. Unfortunately, without a photo to verify the claim, we will be unable to send a replacement. If you are experiencing any difficulty in providing us with this photo, we suggest asking family, friends or neighbors to assist you. Please provide this photo at your earliest convenience so that we may assist you further. I cannot send a photo of something I did not receive
