like so many others, i also fell prey to "silver tongued" scam people. they made me feel like i should pay them twice as much for letting me be scammed.
it all started with a solicitation call on february 6 2007. i was promised all the usual, NO COLD CALLS,NO SELLING ,ETC,ETC.
i tried it their way for a couple of months, the "so-called" training calls. every time i would go to the links that were supposedly where i needed to be i would find that they had absolutely NOTHING TO DO WITH VEMMA PRODUCTS. anyway, i returned all of the literature and the lap-top, notified STARTUP ESSENTIALS, VEMMA BUILDERS, AND A-1 LEASING THAT I NO LONGER WANTED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH ANY OF THEM.
i'm still receiving e-mails, along with threatening letters of being sued and my credit being ruined. plus, on the initial call i paid for an order of the vemma vitamins and minerals which i never received. there must be something that can be done to stop these people. i admit that i am partially as guilty for being so easily fooled, but, these people are good at what they do.

I'm assuming that Startup Essentials is an independant distributor for the company Vemma. If they are giving you false information that is where your issue lies.
They need to be reported to Vemma Corporate Attorneys. If they are doing business like this it gives the rest of us a bad rap.
A-1 Leasing is not associated with Vemma or Vemma Builder in any way shape or form or Bond Corporation. Who are these people?
What is so frustrating is most people don't read their emails call their enroller and if they are not happy with what's going on let Corporate know. There are thousands of Independant Distributors for Vemma world wide so if you don't communicate how can they be blamed or help you. We want to get rid of the bad seeds just as bad as you but without your help we don't know who they are.
As for Vemma Builder if you paid $19.95 and received the website for advertising then you got what you paid for and they did nothing wrong.
As for Vemma you should have called corporate at 800-577-0777 and told them that you never received your product. If you don't call how are they suppose to know. They have UPS tracking that will tell them if the product was delivered or not and they will make things right with you.
I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience and never got to even try the product, which is probably why you got involved in the first place.
