PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETY....

FRANK from A-Appliance Xperts was called out to fix a gas leak in an oven at my elderly grandmother's home.

I specifically asked to be present during a morning appointment. After numerous excuses, Frank finally arrived 2 days later in the afternoon while my grandmother was home alone.

FRANK charged her $490 to repair the leak.

2 DAYS LATER....THE HOUSE WAS FULL OF GAS!!!!

We had to call 911 and the Fire Department rushed over and evacuated the property and surrounding area!!!

***The local gas company came out to inspect. The gas company confirmed that NO REPAIRS HAD BEEN MADE TO THE OVEN.*****

When we contacted the company we were informed by FRANK that "The gas company doesn't know anything!" He refused to refund the money even though the company offers a 30-day warranty.

We have all of the documentation from the Fire Department, Police Department and the gas company that no repairs have been made.

A-Appliance Xperts still refuses to refund the $$$.

Luckily, I was able to stop the check that they were given. However, they still refuse to refund $250 in cash.

FRANK CHARGED MY ELDERLY GRANDMOTHER A TOTAL OF $490 TO REPAIR THE GAS LEAK IN THE OVEN.

AS CONFIRMED BY 2 REPRESENTATIVES OF GAS COMPANY, FRANK MADE NO REPAIRS TO THE OVEN.

FRANK TURNED ON, AND LEFT ON GAS TO THE OVEN THAT HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY TURNED OFF BY GAS COMPANY.

THE ENTIRE HOUSE FILLED WITH GAS AND WE HAD TO CALL 911.
