A BIG BOYZ MOVING COMPANY Unjust and unproffesional - abusive Palm Harbor, Florida

I witnessed the movers of Big Boyz Break and item in my home.  Although the movers said they had taken note of the breakage, they did not.  It has been a year, and for such a small item big boyz could not respond nor resolve it in a timely manner.  I am so saddened and fed up with Abuse from companies like this. 

 Only after sending a letter stating that the matter was going to Small Claims Court was there a check sent.  But then it came past the filing date, and now it requires further action.  How can a company be upset with a costumer when their actions were wrong.  They never even appoligized, they make the incident out as if it were my fault.  I trusted the company and I am the one who is now out compensation plus court costs.
