A-Blue Knight Inc. A Eastern Connection, Autotrail They took our money, never picked up our car and our refund check bounced twice! Syosset New York

On March 6th, we sent A- Blue Knight Inc. $810.00 to transport our vehicle from California to North Carolina. They told us the car would be picked up on the 9th or 10th of March. They never picked it up and after calling them two to three times a week we realized they had no intention of picking it up.

We cancelled the pick up and were told we would get a full refund. Weeks went by, We still had to keep calling them. Marguerite said the check was going out. another week went by, I posted a review on Transport review and was called that very next day. She told me if I did not remove the review I would never see my money. I removed it and the check came in about a week. The check was uncollectable.

We called them and they promised another check, which was sent 1 week later. Just got word from the bank that it was uncollectable as well.

Buyers beware, check out the companies first before sending your money. If we would have done that, we would have read reports from other unsuspecting people just trying to transport their cars like us.
