Called Sears for repair of my ice maker which is covered under warranty. The Tech showed up at the tail end of the appointment, after calling someone for assistance he disconnected something on the back to check the wiring I guess. He finally ended up replacing the ice maker. After leaving the fridge and freezer stopped working and now I'm told that it'll be 2 weeks before they can come back. This comp[any has the worst customer service I've ever had, when you call the numbers provided all you get is an outsourced company overseas.
