I called 888 number throughout the day only to find out their device technician cancelled. This is a history also scheduled a repair device saturday before thanksgiving they just never showed up for. Kenmore oasis washer model number 11028032700 which has mold -pump problems, floods the laundry room nonstop, error message continually displayed.... The list goes on and on. The same problem -replace my washer. I contacted sears repair who will once again not fix the problem they are aware of, nor send out a repair service who don't show up for service call -or contact you that there was a cancellation by A&E factory Service. This is all over the Internet-why can't we be helped when clearly this appliance is a lemon and sears needs to replace the item and crap it's put the consumers through!!!! Get a new factory service repair company to maintain the appliances we spent so much money to purchase with the extended warrantee. Dear God -fix the problems that this company is completely aware of.
