A Eastern Connection Refused refund of monies, Fraud on my bank account Bayville New York

A Eastern Connection was contracted(#09043), and paid $835, on 9/9/08 to move our Auto from MN to AZ. The date of pick up to be 10/9-10/08. This date was never met, the car was never picked up, monies were taken from checking account on three occassions(fortunatly, our bank covered two as Fraud). Company was called numerous times, excuses ranged from truck broke down, to looking for new carrier, to "quit complaining", to numerous expletives being screamed at us.

A certified letter was sent on 10/30/08 to them requesting refund for orginal $835, that was 14 business days after non-pickup, per item #10 in their contract. Currently all calls are dropped, or new swear words are taught to us by the "gentleman" we reach, or we are told see you in Nassau County New York court.

I am ripped off, disgusted, and probably out my $835, and my bank is probably going to pursue fraud issues, but please warn others to avoid this SCAM operation. Any assistance would be appreciated.
