A Plus Carports Pilot Mt. North Carolina

 I bought a carport from my local dealer representative in Lillington NC from A plus carport located in Pilot Mt. NC. My carport was was actually delivered early. Two hard working Mexicans that spoke broken English showed up with the invoice in hand and carport in tow. Immediately, it was apparent no one had checked the invoice against the loaded material. The only thing they had that was correct was the A frame structure and the hunter green top. The sides were wrong color, no gable end, either no trim or wrong color? I was assured the correct colors and missing parts would be delivered the next week. I reluctantly agreed to install the basic carport they had. Thank God I only paid for what they delivered or I would have been ripped off for the missing parts. I had to call the main office and talked to the chief excuse officer, Heather, to get the bill adjusted and better understanding of future delivery as communication was bad with the Mexicans. I paid the balance by check upon completion of the basic carport. One week later, I called chief excuse officer Heather again and was assured I was on schedule for delivery. No call, no delivery. Early September I called chief excuse office Heather again and was given a date of Sept 16 for delivery. For reasssurance, I visited my local dealer as well for his help in making sure I was on schedule. He talked to someone at A plus carport and they confirmed a Sept 16 delivery.

A couple days later chief excuse office Heather called and canceled my delivery due to a truck breakdown. Guess they are a 1 truck company? She rescheduled me for September 20. On Sept 19 chief excuse officer Heather called me yet again to cancel. This time it was due to weather, they had not been able to finish a BIG IMPORTANT job they had started. Get the drift there who was important? She would call me later and reschedule! This brings us to today Sept 20. Out of frustration I sent a Facebook message to A plus carport. To my surprise, I got a quick after hours response from the self proclaimed owner of the the company that would not identify his or herself. They quickly let me know what a great company they run and what a Big favor they were doing me to even answer me after hours. As it ended up, seems I was at fault for not being reasonable and patient! I got an education on what a great company they are and to check the reviews. I did on this site and found this service to be the norm rather than the exception from reviewers. Communicating with this head excuse officer (owner?) totally explained the service problem I and apparently others are experiencing. My advice is if you are buying a carport from anyone regardless of their local name, if you hear the name A plus carport Mt Pilot come up, run, don't walk.
