AAA Financial Services Who to Write to When Credit Card Co. Changes Your Interest Rate Wilmington Delaware

Having trouble with credit card interest rate going from 7.9% to 19.98% write to:

I had an instance where my mail payment arrived a day late, even though I mailed it in plenty of time to make the payment on time.

Second instance, I waited to use the on-line payment system and had difficulty accessing it. By the time the payment got made it was also late. I do not make it a practice of paying my debts late.

Well my interest rate with AAA Financial Services went from 7.99% to 19.98%. They wouldn't change it even though I pleaded my case.

Finally, I wrote to State of Deleware Office of the State Bank Commissioner and other agencies. The State Bank Commissioner's Office forwarded my letter to the Comptroller of the Currency.

AAA Financial Services called me and changed my interest rate back to 7.99% and lectured me about not paying late again for any reason. The woman on the other end of the line was rude, did not give me her phone number or name as another credit card company did, and kept lecturing me about being late and what the rules are.

When you can't get results send a letter to the Comptroller of Currency. You will get results. I am also a senior citizen and had I used that label, I could have probably gotten even faster results. Don't let credit card companies rule you with changing interest rates. You can fight back and you can win. Just keep working it thru the address I've listed above until you get results. Don't give up.
