we purchased a lawn tractor, and on second payment they debited 2 payments from our checking acct without our permission, we called they said someone had called in the payments which was a lie, now we have bank fees for insufficient funds because of this an they were supposed to reverse the debit but have not as of yet. there not getting any payments or the tractor till this is settled.
