Aarons Sales And Lease doesnt keep thier promises Big Spring Texas

I purchased a computer and a washer from this company. the computer was broken for four onths before they attempted to even do anything about it even though I went to them consistantly. about the same time the washer broke and they came and picked it up and put a broken washer in its place. until mine came back 3 months later my washer still hadnt been repaired so I called the big manager and he attempted to fix the problem and when they came to deliver the new washer the ripped my linoleum floor. I attempted to contact the manager numerous times and he would never return my call, so I made the decision to not pay the payment until they contacted me.

They never even attempted to call just showed up at my door today my two boys ages 14 and 10 were at the house I talked to the accounts manager on the phone and he stated he didnt care if they ripped the floor or not. I tole them I would call the store and talk to the manager I instructed my boys to go into the house and lock the doors, they then pounded on the doors for 1 1/2 hours scaring the boys. I asked the manager to call his punks off my boys and even after the payment was made they continued to stay out at the house pounding on the door. I called the sherriff office from the store in front of the manager and finally they were called off and left the house just as the sherriff dept was drivng up.

I will never buy anything from this company again if thier collection tactics include harrassing and scaring children. And interesting enough they want thier payments even though they dont follow through with thier promises. The ripping og the floor occured over two months ago and they still have not even attempted to resolve this but dont miss a payment because they will use mafia like tactcs in order to get thier money
