2-10-05 bought a brand new in the box tv from Aarons. (12 month Lease to own) By 4-8-05 tv had went out. In local service got back within month and a half. Went out 2nd time 7-27-05 had Aarons pick up and drop off loaner. Figured I would try their service center. Did not recieve my tv back untill September 26th 2005. It came back with a very large gash in the face plate that surrounds the screan. Called Aarons and ask them what they were going to do about the large gash that was now in the face of my tv. I was told that they would SEE what they could do. (Jvc had the work showing complete 8-16-05) Went out again within 24 hours. Aarons once again picked up tv for service and brought a loaner. Picked up 9-27-05. I called in Nov. 05 and Dec. 05 they said my tv was still not back and I got passed from one manager to the next trying to get the gash issue fixed as well. I got on Jvc website and found out my tv was completed service 11-17-05 in Jan. 06. I immediately called and ask where my tv was and if it was going to be delivered. They said they still did not have it back/and they still could not give me an answer as to what they would to fix the phisical damage that they had caused while in their possestion. After calling corporate offices of Aarons. My Tv magicaly appeared in our local warehouse when I told the corporate manager that I though they might have rented it out being they could not find it. He then told me he would take a month payment off for the damage, I disagreed and ask for the faceplate to be replaced. I then went to the local Aarons where my tv was at to check my serial # it was then sent off to get the faceplate replaced. I did not get my tv back untill March 29th 2006. It went out within 18 hours. I have filled a complaint with the NC BBB. My tv was completely paid for in Feb. 2006. The manager Ted said after the second time it went out that he would replace the TV with another USED Tv that had not had any problems. This was not acceptable: I bought a NEW TV not a used one. When It went out the last time I called Ted once again because one of the perks of the lease in loaners. Suppositly up to 60 days after you pay out your lease if your product needs to go to the shop you are supposed to receive a loaner. Thats what your supposed to get for all the extra that you pay. When I called in March 30th I was told thank you for filling a BBB report on us. Although he did send out a loaner. I have since got in touch with JVC they have authorized a replacement due to the problems I have had with the TV. Marco at JVC said the only thing he needed to start the application for me to receive my new TV was the sticker off the back with model # and serial # needed to be sent to him. I called Aarons this morning to get the sticker and they refused to let me come get it. The guy I talked to this morning I wont give his name because I know he is being told what to say by Ted who will not speak with me at this point said he had to make arragements to pick up THEIR property so I could get my sticker. I told him I not only wanted the sticker, but the TV too. See JVC said after I sent him the sticker I could trash the TV my new one would be on the way. I will not let AArons keep my tv and use the good parts off of it. My 60 days after lease to own is not up untill April 15 2006, but to get my sticker and TV I have ask them to bring as soon as possible and pick up THEIR PROPERTY. Out of 13 months I had my NEW TV less than 4 and to get any satisfaction I had to go to JVC. I still had to pressure them also, but finally I will get that NEW TV.
