I have a great concern about an employee named Jeff Madrid, during my lease agreement, I had lost my nephew, his response: " Not my problem, I need a payment" Also the person I am a POA to has been diagnosed with a deadly disease, acute, chronic hep c, which requires refrigerated medicine, NOT to mention he has bled in the bed that I am leasing, I am 59 days past due as of today 06/29/07 last night when he called I offered to make payment, JEFF MADRID would NOT take the payment, I have read my contract as well sent it to our Attorney, And I am also forwarding this email to ALL locations even the Owner to let him know of this man's attitude and caring of his customers, as well have already issued a rippoff.com report.
As stated by contract, he MUST accept my payment and stop harassing me, as well, I am NOT at the term of what he would like to repossess the merchandise.

isnt this aarons in vienna a franchise store? making it impossible to pay corporate since they dont run that location? just wondering. and you really dont have to know about an account to know the situation when you have years of experience in the buisness trust me. i looked up the franchise princaple though his name is shawn you should call him!

no im not jeff madrid i just know how this works , so my question is have you tried to pay them since this (no) be honest also i bet if someone looked into it i bet you also did something simular to rac ,look im not trying to sound rude but seriously just return the stuff to them or pay them the correct amount it isnt them against you untill you make it that way , from what you reported they held up their end it was you who failed to do what you signed for witch is make on time correct payments or return the items untill a time witch you are able to resume correct payments . im not sure who the other response is but it doesnt seem likely to be aarons corp.anyway my point is if someone refused to pay you the agreed amount they owe you after you trusted them with valuble merchandise would you exept $1 for a payment that was agreed to be in the amount of $450 i doubt it.

I am truly sorry about your experience with Aaron's. Please keep in mind that Jeff sounds like he has taken it upon himself to ignore our renewal and collection practices. Aarons does not condone this type of behavior. We are a compassionate company and have many programs available to help customers obtain ownership during difficult financial times. I would suggest contacting the divisional office to get ahold of the regional manager for that area, this will be the quickest way to come to a solution and to get you one step closer to ownership. I hope your issue gets sorted out and wish you all the best.

And to his peon or better yet, I do honestly think it was him that posted himself, either way point at hand:
MY payment has been made, and WILL continue to BE made, it's ironic, how this " friend knows so much about MY account, isn't it ????
I have to say, that ALL of the employees's at the Parkersburg location EXCEPT for the employee in question has been absolutely wonderful, in every way.
I will NO longer deal with this person about MY account, even if that means dealing with corporate, I honestly do not care where I have to make my payments as long as they are made, But for Jeff to send someone to my home expecting me to hand them cash with no receipt is out of the question, and that was made VERY clear as well...
So in closing, I do thank Aaron's main division for all their help in this matter.
And will no longer be responding to ANY other post made by him/ or his friends.

Im very sorry life handed you the hand it did. but what does that have to do with paying these guys? just pay them on time and i assure you aarons will treat you with the upmost respect and they do take care of their customers.mabey the fact that you are almost two months behind has something to do with it? if you go late at a bank or any other finance institution and refuse or just cant pay the right amount they dont have to accept payment. in fact this is when they take back the car or evict you. my suggestion is return any non-neccesity item you have to lower your payment and pay them like you signed for when you leased this stuff, on time in advance. also aarons offers reinstatment on the items you would return pick them back up when you pay one or two things off . i know these guys they dont stop by houses everyday and harrass you (like another place i know of).
