Aarons Sales And Lease, aaron Rent Inc, rimco stole our money York Pennsylvania

I have been renting from aarons for a little over a year now.I first started out with a bedroom suite,then a living room suite, and finally a big screen tv for my fiance'.Things were going pretty good at first then it went down hill.First our couch broke.We called them and they sent someone out he said he did not see anything wrong and left.The middle of our couch was hanging to the floor but he could not see it.We sent that back and bought 1 somewhere else cheaper.Next our bed broke.When i looked at it turns out it was held together with screws no longer then a quarter of an inch.We called Aarons to fix it they said they would be out but never showed up or bothered to call to let us know they were not gonna show.So we put longer screws in and that worked for awhile but it broke again.After this we called them and told them to pick the bedroom suite up.They scheduled a time like 3 weeks away.Not my fault it took them so long to get it.In the mean time we mailed our payment for our tv like usual.I wrote the agreement number on the bottom of the money order because they seem to mess up if you dont.About 2 weeks later we get a call telling us we never paid our monthly tv payment.After alot of arguing they figure out that the money was put on the bedroom suite.The same bedroom suite we told them to come get.So we asked them to take the money off the bedroom suite and put it on the tv where it should have been to begin with they said it cant be done.So now I am a month behind on my tv.
I dont have the money to make up a payment which i sent on time to begin with .They dont care about that I get a call everyday to tell me I am month behind and I explain that I will continue to make my monthly payment but I am not gonna pay for their mistake.So now they want their tv back.Thats truly good for them cause I paid $700 on it already and they can just rent it to the next fool.I was told it was new when in all reality it was used and I am sure they would tell the next person the same and rerent it for the exact same amount.
