Aarons Sales & Lease Ownership ripoff, unprofessional, very bad customer service, unknowledgeable Florissant Missouri

Aarons Sales and Lease Ownership is definitely a ripoff! We purchased a Dell computer in September of 2005 with the understanding we would get a "free printer".

Well, here it is a year later and no printer. First, Scott, one of the managers stated that the free printers were running behind.

Second, the printers were going to be shipped in February Third, we are still waiting on a call from the manager Mike.
We are down to the last payment which I am holding.

They are saying that they never had the promotion, we are lying, it was a promotion from Dell, etc. But, in the meantime, they are offering us a used printer from their office. So who's lying?

They are very rude and unprofessional. I filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes of bringing attention to this matter. So folks, beware!

Aarons definitely deserves a spot on Ripoffreport.
