Went to rent TV from Aarons found 36" that I liked. Had everything set up and signed papers. After watching the TV for a few weeks I noticed a dark spot in the top right corner of the TV, and the bottom left corner. I could only notice when certain shows were on, or the shade of the background. I called and reported this to Aarons, they said the TV was used, and offered nothing. I had the Aarons Plus and that meant nothing to them. I was under the impression that the TV was new. It took them over a month to come and change out the TV after I called the main office.

So I went back to Aarons and picked out another TV, ask if it was new and they told me yes. They ask for a payment and said this TV is more. They brought it to my house and my wife and I had to set it up. On the the washer and dryer. We got a Fridgeadare washer and dryer from them. They came new in box, I had to take them in the house by myself. unpack and set them up. No help whatsoever. About 3 weeks later we started to notice that the clothes were not getting dry, some were real dry other were still really wet. We reported it and they said they would send someone out, and scheduled a date. They never showed.

Made another date with them to come out and look and the dryer and they never showed. So I made another call to the main office and then the High Point store called and came out the next day. Well a week pasted and still no washer or dryer change out or repair. I called the main office again and was really upset and told the guy how I felt about Aarons. The next day they brought out this cheap crap hotpoint that were used and they were trying to say they were new. The fridgadare was 111.00 a month and the Hotpoint was 87.00 a month but they never would adjust my account.

So june, july, august, sept. oct. nov. dec, and now january 2005 and they finally correct my account. after 6 or so months pass. They call everyone in my family twice a day, they call me twice a day wanting money but yet they want to a simple customer service request. They dont know much about the products that they sale. There is always someone different calling or the manager of the store, the turnover in the store is crazy. I told them to shove the TV and I have a few more payments and the washer and dryer from hell is mine. And I will never deal with Aarons ever again.
