Aaron's Sales & Leasing Aspen Way Enterprise, Inc 400pound employee illegally debited my credit card & collected cash pymnts from my mom & me that where never applied to our accounts. Ft.Collins store customers unknowingly paid for meth and a new Lin Fort Collins, Colorado

My mother andI aren't the only victims.Sara robbed over 20 customers.And like the other incidents I've read, Aaron's takes no responsibility for their embezzling employee's actions. We have never received an apology from Aaron's they've only given us grief and demand forpayments.

I have provided them with receipts of cash payments that were given to Sara when she would personally come to our house by herself in the company truck.Aaron's refuses to honor our receipts and said that Sara's signature on thereceipts is not hers. Sean said I was going to be charged with fraud because the receipts I have are forged. That allegation was an attempt to shut me up because who would law enforcement believe, a tattooed Native American/East Indian or an all american country caucasion man?. Aaron's practices anationwide ponzi scheme & should be awarded next Maddoff Indictment.

Sean was persistant for payment because his records state I owe them over $500. Sara was inputed pymnts of $12 or $17 made by me. When she was taking hundreds at a time from my debit card.I told them I wasn't given them another dime and that I wanted my money reimbursed for overpayment. Sean (manager) said "Sara will have to pay you back". So I said "Well I guess Sara will be paying you too!" Sean would tell us victims thatchasrges have beenfiled against Sara but when I contacted the officer investigating the case she said Aaron's will not comply withher request for documentation and hasn't returned her messages. Det. Garza was unaware of all the people that fell victim.

Come to find out Sara bought herself a new Lincoln Navigator and lost about 200lbs on herall expense paid meth habitand skipped town with all our personal and financial info. I took a loss of over $1000 in debittransactions paid toAaron's but not credited to my Aaron'saccount.

Too make things worse, the bedroom set I leased to own was not in the same condition as the one I picked. There was noticeable gashes and water warpedin the headboard, footboard, dresser, mirror, and nightstands. Along with deep scratches and when I notified Sara she said she would clearance price the set. I have bought two livingroom sets and paid them off(early payout) from Aaron's.
