Aarons failure to repair washer will i was under contract, also failure to let GE repair it , they want to give me used washer instead of paying GE to repair Orlando Florida

i have a customer of Aaron's @54 s semoran orlando for 4 yrs every thing i have from them is paid off i got a washer and dryer new from them which cost me $4000 about three month the machine started having problems and they would send GE to repair or a least time but each time they would come out the problem remained so i would let aaron know about it .

the last month before i paid my last payment i called them and told them it was have worse problems and that i had contacted GE and at the time they were in my home to repair it if they would make payments since i was still under contract with them.so the GE tech called them the told him NO they would send someonelse so i asked why aAron told me that they're contract or warranty was out and that they would send someelse to do it .so the tech left. i waited a week for Aaron to contact me to send someone else .after then they called me to tell me that they were sending someone else on monday. so i waited alldayand no one called or showed up so next day i called they made another appt.

they guy shows up and told me he was going to order the part two week later he come out put s parts on with out checkink the machine or to put it threw cycle which he refused to do and left. i started the waser up sure enough the same thing happend {problems still}. so i called Aaron right away and explained what happend . one week past ten bag of dirty clothes later waiting to see if they would help me yea right!! i called them i was told by one of the staff there. OH I WITH A CUSTOMER CLICK.

so i when to the store. everyone was avoiding me. i asked to see the manager he told me since it was satursday the his asst would call GE to come out and would be monday and that they would send me a loaner to get me by and that i was to call me tuesday. yea right. monday his asst was off. tuesday he was off and no GE. so i called the district manager after three calls. finally aaron comes to my home to pick up machime from my home. the guy connected and left five minute later. i put the machine threw cycle and stil the same problen .

so i called aaron and explained the manager said to me he was there when they repaired it. i saked him if he watched htem put it threw a cycle he couldnnot answer so he told me he was come to my home to ake a vist. so he did he put the machine threw cycle and he saw the problem and that he woul d have GE to come to my home to repair it. GE came out order parts when parts came the tech start starte workin on machine and it still had same problems. he found out the problem but need AAron ok to order part and do repair AAron said NO they didn't want to pay 1200 for the partand work so the tech could't do it.

note this i paid 4,000 for this washer and dryer over price as it is. i paid for it in full not all the parts sit in the corner still havent got it repaired the want to give me an used washer. i just want the one i paid allthat money repaired inspite of it all. i have to buy another unit else where wait for them to repair it. it like a joke to them or the think i am a fool i m looking for help to any one who would listen to help me.
