Abc Distributing Exuberant Shipping & Handling Charges for profit Miami Florida

abc distributing, LLC has demonstrated a total disregaurd for customer service and satisfaction. Items from this order were shipped individually in oversized boxes weighted down with pounds of packing material to drive up the shipping & handling charges. They failed to post or disclose their shipping and handling costs on-line or in their catalog. Each item of the order arrived with a separate invoice number and an additional $5.88 S&H charge.

After repeated unsuccessful attempts to contact the company via email, I made several long distance calls at my own expense. I remained on hold for long periods of time without ever having the opportunity to speak to their representative. Customer service is not their priority.

Although their prices appear competitive their hidden shipping and handling charges account for their profit margin. I was unwilling to pay the charges to have their merchandise shipped to me, but they expected me to pay shipping to return the merchandise. I was extremely disappointed.
