Abc Distributing BIG TIME RIPOFF North Miami Florida

I have attempted to inform ABC Distributing that items not received; claims should be submitted from ABC to FedEx direct. FedEx already noted that items were not received and signed by a phantom...TWICE. I have been here for years and never encountered this problem. I have dealt with ABC in the past...no problems with delivery and online payments cleared just fine.

This time around has been a nightmare...I cannot count the amount of times that I have written and faxed them. Of course e-mail and phone calls are out of the question.

I am amazed that any organization with such a low level of service can continue to remain in business.

Most get frustrated and just give up...I am not. I receive at least 2-3 account past due/on hold...pay this amount immediately e-mails and forget about the mailings - boy oh boy...I am saving them all incase we get enough people together for a lawsuit. It is continuous harrassment for me...
