Abc Distributing ripoff, deceptive North Miami Florida

On September 1, 2005 we placed an order thinking we were well ahead of the holidays. Among the items were holiday cat throws or afghans. These throws were the first to appear on My Account as in stock and being prepared for shipping.

On October 11 a box of throws arrived--not the ones ordered. We immediately contacted ABC through internet & FAX. Our prior experiences were that phone contacts were ridiculously long & expensive. We were assured of guaranteed satisfaction by Email. It took about 4 weeks to get reshipping labels from ABC.

The company did NOT go back to the warehouse and pack the correct items. They re-ordered them and put us at the end of the "Shipping Process" line! In response to continued correspondence to them we have received apologies about the hurricanes and further assurance of satisfaction--always generic, nothing specific. As of February 16 the online catalogs show the item is now out of stock, but My Account still says they are in stock and being prepared for shipping. It has been 170 days since our original order. We are not satisfied. This is why we stopped ordering two years ago.
