I ordered the FREE sample of Acai Berry Maxx and paid the $4.95 shipping. This FREE sample ended up costing me the $4.95 shipping plus $85.90 for a shipment that was not authorized and was returned. They did not refund my money and had no record of my return.

I attempted several times to contact them regarding the unauthorized charges and was placed on EXTREMELY long hold times which being a new mom I was not able to stay on the phone. I also contacted my bank abouth this fraudulent charge and was told I need to provide information that I had attempted to contact the company myself to resolve the issue. So, finally one day I took the time to hold and after 45 mins. I spoke to representative to basically told me I was sh** of luck.

I demanded to speak to a supervisor and they were very hesitant to put me in touch with one. I did manage to speak to someone who at least posed as a supervisor and pleaded my case. She stated that they had no record of my returned product, but in good faith would refund me $40.00. I advised that I would happily accept that refund and contact my back to file charges for the balance. She then retracted her statement and said if I am contacting my bank they will not refund any money until the bank requires them to do so.

Guess what, my bank is not able to help me and now I can't even contact the company anymore to try to at least get the $40 back. If you go to their website they are no longer accepting order. Obviously there is something wrong and this is in fact a scam. Someone needs to do something.
