The add said free trial pay only the shipping.Nothing was said about placing an order then having 15 days from the day of the order to return it. I didn't recieve it till after 15 days. When I finially got someone to answer the phone they could barely speak english and they kept running me around on the return address.I went to the web site got a live chat with Joseph-PH who gave me a comfermation no. and assured me it would be handled And it still hasn't. It's been 2 mo.
