If you order this stuff you CAN'T CANCEL your order. They offer you a FREE TRIAL (You pay $5.95 shipping) but when you try to cancel future orders (at $80 each) you are unable to reach anyone. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the company phone number - after a recorded response you will be put on hold then after a long wait, be disconnected. Email contact attempts just receive automated replies to sell you more products.
The company refund policy reads: NO REFUNDS WITHOUT RMA (return merchandise authorization) this wouldn't be a big deal BUT...you can't get an RMA because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT! You can't send back future shipments as the company refuses all "Return to Sender" packages and will charge you anyway.
TAKE ACTION NOW - If you already ordered this stuff at least CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK and DISPUTE THE CHARGES. You may eventually need to get your credit card company to issue you a new number. If you paid with a DEBIT CARD you better consider changing account number or Acai Berry Supreme will KEEP CHARGING YOU $80 each time they send another unwanted shipment.

This Acai Berry ripoff is infuriating and we need to get ahold of the powers that be and get something going against these crooks.
I am not contesting the fact that a company has the right to sell you something that automatically renews and charges you if you don't contact them, the problem is YOU CAN'T CANCEL. Even if you follow all of their instructions to the letter there is no way to get them to stop charging you because they have purposely designed their system to rip you off. This is misleading, dishonest and fraudulent.
