I purchased a 'trial' version of Acai Burn in August but instead received a whole lot of grief and theft.

I did receive the diet pills only to then be later charged the full cost of the product. On seeing this i returned the product for a refund and 'cancelled' my account - asking them to delete it from there system as I never wanted anything to do with them again. I have yet to see the refund in my account even though they say they have refunded the product.

Thinking this was the end of my problems I had learnt my lesson to never order online again and moved on only to find that one month later i was charge two small amount of $6.21 US (Elitepack) and $8.53US (Ezykit). Which I had no idea what for. When I contacted the company to ask if it was them and if there was any transactions taken from them they said no. A few days letter I asked them again to get the answer that yes they did take them out for a 'World Fitness Club' and 'Comprehensive Weght Loss'. I had to idea what these were. I asked then that anything to do with/linked to my account - no matter what it is - is to be cancelled and removed from there system immediately. Which they said they did but gave me two numbers to contact for a refund. Upon contacting these places they refused to refund the amounts even though I had cancelled my account before the transactions came out - there answer to this was that they only cancelled the Acai product but not the rest of the account even though I requested that the account be cancelled in its entirity and never signed up for these products in the first place - whatever they are.

I find it disgusting that these companies prey on vulnerable people who are only trying to better themselves. Repeatedly I am told it is not a 'scam' and that its all in the terms and conditions. They are very sly about how they run there website and the details they give you. I regard this as theft and would think that those who work for these companies would have to question thier morals and ethics to be ok with this and what they are doing to many people.  Not good enough!!!!
