Acaiberry Detox fwn RIP OFF called me after purchasing the 3.95 trial, I cancelled with them on phone, then continued to charge my credit card 79.95 month hollywood, Florida

I ordered the free trial w/ 3.95 shipping.  They called me a few days later asking me if I wanted to continue to receive it in the mail.  I told them NO, that I only wanted the trial order and to cancell my order and DO NOT send me any further supplements.  After hanging up I thought I had cancelled any further shipments.  That didn't happen! Only to open my credit card statement to see that they charged my credit card $79.95 on 10/2609 then again another $79.62 plus $3.95 on 11/07/09.  After calling the company the guy explained that it wasn't them who called to sell me more and I didn't contact them within 17 days so I will continue to get charged.  They said they will only give one refund per customer and If I ship the second bottle back that they sent out to me that they would refund my $79 only after they receive it back.  The said that they will not refund the other $79 charge that was charged to my account.  This place is scamming people BIG TIME! I'm terrified that these people have not only my credit card number but have given my home phone number and name to other companies to try to sell me stuff.  This should be illegal.  I am contacting my credit card company to try to get my money back from this scam place.  BEWARE!
