Don't fall for the free trial offer! I followed a link from yahoo and ordered a free bottle of Acai Berry Detox...I thought "what the heck, it's worth a try." 3 weeks later the bottle had still not shown up but they charged my credit card $87.13 under the name HealthCleanse. When I called the charge was still pending, the woman told me that she would cancel the charges so they would never get out of the pending status and if I received the trial bottle, I was welcome to keep it. I took down a confirmation number and watched my account like a hawk.
Two days later the bottle came, on the same day the CHARGE WENT THROUGH. I called back and they just keep repeating their "policy" that I have to return the bottle and I should have called sooner because my 14 day trial is over. They are not going to return my money. I am going to return the bottle just in case I am able to get them to issue a refund, but after talking with them I am not hopeful. They are all very hard to understand on the phone, the reception goes in and out...all of which is on purpose I would assume.
I have now had to order a new debit card number, which is a pain and I am out almost $90.
Don't let it happen to you.

I received the d**n bottle of pills, went to fedex, paid to have it shipped back to these people and then went to call in the tracking number. The "customer service agent" told me to call in the tracking number and she would get my refund started. The phone number has been busy all day long. Looks like there will be no refund for me.
