This company offers a 14 day "free trial" for a product. The 14 days begins on the order date, but takes 5-10 days for shipping. Then even if you call to get the RMA number to return the product, they still charge you on day 14.


 I have been waiting for over a month for a refund for a product that they admit to have received on 9/26/09. I have made 3 separate phone calls this month asking about my refund. All 3 resulted in being told that they would "write down my info and send it to corporate". The latter 2 both said that it has not been done yet, but they would. This 3rd time I repeatedly asked for a supervisor, but was REPEATEDLY told that "they are too busy with other calls, and could not help me any further anyway". I also asked for a corporate number and was told "we don't have a number for them".


This is a perfect example of a company that makes millions, NOT with a good product, but with a great scam. First, they entice you with a free trial, then bill you for that product, as well as 3 others. I actually took the time to read the fine print, so I immediately cancelled 2 of them so I wouldn't be billed. Amazingly, I called 2 separate numbers to cancel 2 separate subscriptions in a row, and actually spoke to the same guy both times. But the 3rd, I wasn't even aware of until it showed up. The best part is, they get to keep the product AND the money. This company relies on the fact that most people just give up. I am not. I have placed a report of fraud with my credit card. I now am turning to you.


I have also searched a web site called "canyoutrustthem.com". There are several complaints about this company on there as well. And these are just the people who know about this particular website and took the time to file a report. I found it on accident. I would imagine that several similar web sites have complaints as well. Not to mention all the people who did what the company hopes we do, which is just give up. Please take this into consideration. I'm sure you will find that there are thousands of people who have been victimized by this fraudulent company.
