I made the mistake of sending off for the free (no such thing as free) trials of acaiburn, life cleanse, green tea purity and one other product that i can't remember the name of.  But on reading further through the terms of conditions realised i would be charged every month.  I called the numbers given and thought i had successfully cancelled the subscriptions, but no i have been charged every month by different companies.  Not having any addresses or telephone numbers for these other companies i haven't been able to stop these charges.  But having spent hours on the internet i came across this website and found that i am not the only person that has been caught out like this. How can i get this all stopped?  You can't get through on the phone, you can't find any company names for most of the names that are on the credit card statement.  I need  help.  How can it be possible for these people to get away with this?  Has anyone managed to get their charges stopped?

Well, i have tried calling your helpline number, but it does not exist or you have given the incorrect number. 

I would like you to provide me with the link that shows that i am going to be charged indefinitely by different names such as webaccess, healthmember, vh access, my diet partner, ezykit, eliteberry, myfitwatcher.com, elitepack, accessmember, diet-partner, webfitcs, weightmember and fitclubonline.  These are just the ones that i have been charged, but i know that there are many more.  What exactly are these charges for?

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window.
