I responded to a 14 day free trial for the Acai Berry Product however I was unable to cancel. My credit card company contacted me to see if the charge of $79+ was valid and when I told them it was not they gave a phone number 817-825-1528 I was given by my credit card company's fraud department for the merchant trying to make the charge was disconnected and not in service. On checking, the number was listed as a NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS INC number in Arlington, TX. by (((link redacted))) which offered to give me detailed information for a fee which I declined to pay. This obviously is a scam and ripoff!

Calais Natural continues to LIE

AUTHOR: turbocrow - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, May 07, 2010

To the supposed "employee" who commented that you may contact the company via customer service link on the associated website: Entering the order number, area code, and email as instructed only generates this message:

"The information you entered does not match any customers on record.

Please try again, possibly using different fields, or email support@acaioptimum.com for assistance."

In other words, they are just blowing you off in a different manner. You will not get a response from email. If you call, you will be put on eternal hold. That's ok. The cheated consumers will file enough complaints with the FTC and you will be shut down (and hopefully prosecuted because you and your "company" are dishonest scum who aren't intelligent enough to make a living in an honest way).

#1 UPDATE Employee

Acai Optimum

I'm not sure why you were unable to cancel your trial offer for the Acai Optimum weight loss plan. Three methods for contacting customer support (phone, email and online interface) which will allow you to cancel, are easily found on the website home page, order form page and in your trial offer confirmation email.

However, the phone number that you listed above for support is incorrect (one number is off) which would explain why you got that Nextel company, which has no affiliation with Acai Optimum. The correct number to reach Acai Optimum Support is 1-877-825-1528
