AcaiPure - Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. Charged me for unauthorized merchandise . Was to be a trial item with S&H only . Largo, Florida Internet

Ordered AciaPure on a free trial with a S&H charge but was charged for two items outside the box . Hoodiagum and hoodia water were included in order without my knowledge . I was charged for an amount of $44.85 and the S&H charge was only $4.95. I noticed this debit from my account the day following the order date of 11/10/08 and immediately sent an email cancelling the entire order , was informed they recieved my email and would answer it in turn .

Did not recieve any further information so I called them on the 19th and after being on hold for 50 minutes a person answered me and stated I could not cancel the order. I informed her that this order that was to be recieved in a week had not been recieved yet nine days after they collected my money . She then informed me that the items were on back order and that they would be shipped this week . I told her that I was never informed of the back order .

She informed me that upon receipt of the order I was to send for an RMA authorization of which I did promptly and was informed by email that I could not return it and was offered $20.00 and just return the Hoodia water . I let them know that I did not want any of the order and requested again an RMA . No further response from them as of this date . BEWARE of this advertisement .
