I filled out the online application; it requested my credit card number and said it was only going to charge my credit card $4.85 for shipping. A couple of days later on Friday 9-5-2008 I received the produce didn't like it so I called the company on Monday 9-8-2008 and got an RMA return number to return for any credit before the 14 day trial return time was up (on Sept 14th). I sent it 2nd day to make sure I met the 14 day time limit.

When I received my Credit Card statement I was billed $39.90 on 9-11-2008 well before the 14 day timeframe. I tried calling their phone number 1-888-692-8352 got a phone loop and an answering machine, said they were closed on the week-ends and that is was after business hours (... it was Monday 9-15 and Tuesday 9-16 at 1pm, 3pm and 5 pm est).

I emailed with no response. I emailed again trying to confirm my cancelled order and no response. I'm having to stop my CC payment to this company for the in appropriate charge of $39.90. They will not return my calls or emails and have not credited my credit card. This is a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY- IT IS A SCAM SITE
