my-sister-had-her refund-sent-to-this-prepaid-card-company-on 05-07-10...the-card-was-shipped on-04-28-10.and-she-did-not-recieve the-card-til-05-10-10..so-onthe-day-of-the-10th.my-sister-logged into-her-account-and-sent-me-a transfer-to-my-card..to-help-me with-my-bills.and when-the-day-of-the-11th-came-we-both-went to-the-atm-to-withdraw-and-the machine-stredded-our-cards-saying our-cards-had-been detained.and-when-we-called-the-bank thousands-of-times-they-told-us-to-fax over-our-personal-inforation and-have-it-notarized.. we-did-that-and-they-still-have-not-gave us-our-money-back-and-this-has been-since-05-11-10..this-is-personal and-important-money of-ours-that-they-have-kept-for-weeks-and a-rep-had-the-nerve-to-tell-me-i can-get-a-court-order-for-money

I can't get a call back

I have filed the dispute and have left several voicemails on their messaging center service for the Risk department, that 48hrs is a joke Im going on 2 1/2 weeks of nothing. No supervisors can help either keep saying I have to talk to the "risk" department. Then I come to find out after a week that they take 60 days to investigate a dispute, and you get YOUR money on CONTINGENCY after 10 DAYS, so now I have late bills, late rent, not to mention fees. I have had the merchant send over the info. within 72 hrs of filing the dispute.

This is a joke!

I paid the 4.50 to add funds to the card then loaded 25.00 to pay an outstanding bill,

when I couldnt finalize the transaction. I further went to the website, it showed my funds were being restricted for use.  The company does not recieve any calls on the weekend and this was a friday nite.  I had to wait for monday and phoned and found out that they stated my birthdate was wrong, they wanted all my info faxed to them.Which costed 6.47 they stated i would get a call back in 24 hours that passed and they never called me so I called back they said give it 48 hours. so that passes

with no call.  I call again and find out everytime I called there was 2.00 taken off my card and .50 to visit the website,now my card has only 12.00 on it.  They ripped me off of my own money how could they do that to anyone using there own funds and continue to charge to call them or visit the site. This is wrong and I will never use this card again,and everyone should know.
