I posted my resume on Careerbuilder.com and I was emailed by a man named Edward Moore saying that he saw my resume and wanted to know if I was interested in the assistant manager job that they have available, that I don't need any experience because I will be trained. I replied that I was interested. He sent me an email:  


My name is Edward Moore and I will be managing your registration as an employee and guiding you through our training and employment process. Your personal manager will be Julia Hudson. We are completing this process for the Assistant Manager position.


I have received your employment application form for the assistant manager position and the next step we have to do is to create your back-office account. Please take it seriously as it's required to provide you with access to important documents, and permit you to communicate with your personal manager.


You may access your employment paperwork and create this back-office account at: http://www.abs-office.net


Make sure to create your employee account as soon as possible, for we will not be able to complete the hiring process without it; your account is immediately active upon creation, allowing you access to employment documents and guidelines as well as access to your message board, which is the easiest and fastest way to get in touch with your personal manager if and when you need to.


Once you have finished creating your back-office account, contact Julia Hudson, your personal manager, using your personal messageboard. Your manager will assist you in scheduling your phone interview, provide instructions required to complete your application process and familiarize you with the most important aspects of working with the online back-office system. You will be able to download and sign your personal employment agreement from the "Documents" section of the back-office system after making out your phone interview.


This system is controlled through our internal ticket system, which will be activated for you when you create your back-office account. This board is checked frequently and assures you the fastest response time possible. Please keep in mind that the fastest and most effective way to contact your personal manager is leaving a message inside your message board.

After I registered with them, they requested bank informations with Tax ID information(social security number)for payroll purposes, but I only gave them the last four numbers. I was training which was a paid training. My task was to find information about different banks in my area and to upload my findings to the back-office system. After I did what they asked for, they locked me out of the back-office system and I couldn't log in. I contacted my personal manager by phone and email, and she never contacted me back. I re-registered and they locked my account again, and I never got paid for my work.

   Ripoff reports 571760 and 574314 seem to indicate that this is some kind of money laundering scheme.   They want you to accept wire transfers into your personal account and then wire the money on to another.   Legit companies do not do this, and there may be legal implications.

NO PAYMENT FOR WORK DONE.

Yes. After I posted the report, Mr. Moore asked me to contact him so that he can resolve the issue, so i did. He reopened my account and updated me to Training status, the same status i was in before the issue . But, I still haven't been paid for my work. They owe me $450 for the work I did and an extra $3050 for the whole month.

Training staus is: $3,500 a mth.

Full Employment status is: $4500 a mth.

Mr. Smith,  have you been locked out of your account since February 10 when you posted your first complaint?  I'm just curious because mine was working just fine until today.  I logged in this morning no problem and was working on my research work during the day, but when I went to click on the timetable tab for the day it took me to the login page.  I tried a few times, could not log in and got the message invalid login, and then re-registered my info.  Got an email telling me that was successful, but when I tried to log in again it gives me a message telling me now I'm not allowed to login and am wondering what is going on.  Also, just a reply to complaints others have had, I was contacted by Julia Hudson on February 18 to complete an assignment.  I checked my account of which there was a transfer into my account of which $1500 was for my first pay that took almost 2 weeks to get with the rest of the amount I had to use to perform my assignment.

NO RESOLVEMENT OF ISSUE. Just a lie.

No. My issue was not really resolved, and I never got paid for my work. Mr. Moore sent me a message after reading my report on this site:


I'm sorry I have just spoken with our technicians, please make sure to register once again as the problem was with your registration file.... It's now fixed, and you're free to login!


Please accept my apologies for this case, I will make sure to speak with your personal manager to avoid these problems in future.


Please remove our internal letters from the RIP website, as it's really disappointing to see our names on this site.
