accountgear.com/ Accepted Money could not fill order and offered a non working coupon for problems Internet

I ordered (8.14) a World of Warcraft account from Accountgear.com in early August. I recieved an email approximately 4 days later stating that they could not fill my order due to technical problems.

They offered me a coupon (8.18)to use at their online store as a replacement. The coupon was not valid. I contacted their online assistance and was told that they could not help and that I would have to wait for email assistance.

I recieved an email (8.23) stating that they would look into it and fix the problem. I have not heard anything back from them at this point. I have sent 5 follow on emails seeking assitance and no repsonse has been recieved.

The 800 number they have listed goes to a recording.
