My social security benefits were deposited on 4/3/2014. It was 961.00 I went to use my card on the 4th and it was declined. I contacted Accountnow and was told to fax documents to establish my identity. I faxed over 12 pages of documents, costing me approximately $12.00. Finally on 4/11/2014 I contacted them and they stated that they had received all documentation and were transferring me to a risk management person, after 45 minutes on hold, I was put through to Jose's voice mail. I have contacted the Social Security Administration Fraud Division, at this time they are launching a criminal investigation into Accountnow's finances... It appears they hold money when the company is short on funds.... I also filed a police report with the local police department for fraud.... I have an appointment with the States Attorney General office on Wednesday, April 16, 2014... I am bringing all documents from Accountnow... Do not under any circumstances put your direct deposits with this company.... social security is getting ready to block all direct deposits to this company.

I have been working with the social security administrations fraud division.. They are in the process of filing criminal charges against the officers of accountnow... They also discovered that accountnow has a new card system called READYDEBIT. This is part of the accountnow family... DO not sign up for this card... the same thing is happening that is going on with Accountnow... they are holding funds... and getting the interest... I recently wrote about my social security being frozen... and after sending all the documents in they still haven't responded.... Some of the reps names are Paris and the person in risk management is called Jose... Social security is in the process of getting an employee list through a court order... they believe that these are made up names.... Do not use accountnow or readydebit... they are going to be taken off the social security list for direct deposit..... The los angeles times is currently doing an article about accountnow... look for it in the coming weeks.
