Accounts Receivable Management, Inc. Use of UNDERHANDED METHODS by ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT, INC.! Thorofare New Jersey

Accounts Receivable Management, Inc. is a collection agency. They have my current address and phone number. Yet, they did an "Inquiry" on one of my sibling's Credit Reports. This sibling of mine got VERY, VERY upset--so much so that he/she had to go to a hospital to get sedatives--after talking on the phone today with an employee of the above-mentioned company!

My sibling spoke with an employee of that company today, and asked why they had done an Inquiry on HIS/HER credit reports. That employee told my sibling that they did it because they "were looking for ME!!!" My sibling was very much fearful that this would be a negative mark on HIS/HER credit reports, and he/she experienced heart palpitations, which led to his/her going to the hospital. They prescribed a sedative for my sibling, who was then able to go home.

WHAT gives this collection agency the right to do an Inquiry on one of my sibling's credit reports--ESPECIALLY because they stated they actually were "looking for me?" Their doing this terribly upset my sibling to no end! It seems to me that this is illegal to do. My sibling and I are different sexes, so there's NO WAY they could have gotten us mixed up with each other. That's why I'd like to tell everybody about the UNDERHANDED method this compay used. They have my current address and phone number, so they certainly have been able to contact me. In fact, I'm looking at a letter from them right here in front of me as I write this report. The employees of Accounts Receivable Management, Inc., are unprofessional jerks as far as I'm concerned.!!!
