My dealings with this collection agency have been irritating and ridiculous.
They continue to phone about a purported debt, but never listen to the truth.
They have the WRONG person and the WRONG name.
After researching, it should be no surprise this company is as derelict as most collection agencies.
We are now finally seeing some government oversight on debt collection practices.
Perhaps Accounts Receivable Management, Inc has seen the writing on the wall because they have ventured into porn, evidently to support their fledgling business.

Check out their porn site:  http://www.accountsreceivablemanagementinc.com/
Just don't buy into that BS either!  What CREEPS!!!!

I have worked for this company since 1996 i left in 2004 and came back in 2009 and i was fired because i had to many days out going to doctors, they have a score system which i do not agree with when a person is sick and gets surgery and still has to bring in letters from the doctors that should have never happened, but as far as a person who owes a debt and you agree with the debt and have not filed bankruptcy then you make arrangements with the collector to repay the debt, (BUT) always get it in writing have it faxed to you if you need to and make sure that the settlement id good for at least 7 days and no you should not have to give anyone your bank account information over the phone, but i can tell you from my personal experience when you do that contact your bank and let them know you did a one time trasaction and for how much and on what day and have them post that to your account. thus it will prevent any furthur collection activity on the account from any collector calling you and if they do tell them arrangements were made and with who and hu. i also know that some of the collectors are rude and say things that should not be said im not sure if the owners know this or not but i would not do anything i don't want done to me. and if a collector does do it record them and hire an attorney!! alot of collectors are there to help people not hurt them i am one of them, i will not break laws i will not treat anyone ugly or mean that is just bad unprofessional kids that are being hired, remember you have every right to record any collector and have the attorney look into it, as i said the people that own this place are good honest people and that is why i stayed there when you hire general managers and the company has no idea what they are going to do to collect the funds from debters that is where the trouble lies not with the owners and i can tell you this place has changed and not a place i want to be again sorry, also remember they must give you their real names it is federal law, and not a dunning name to hide behind good luck just try to pay the bill and get out of there, and oh make sure you follow up in 14 days for a settled in full or paid in full letter demand one if you have to keep all paid reciepts good luck
