Not sure what the problem is here but we did 2 different tests with them and the results were accurate. I did not have any confidentiality problems either. Not sure what you were going through but it does not sound like a every day situation anywhere.

I got a test done from this company and the results were accurate and service was great. I used the prenatal paternity service. You may not have not wanted to be the father but luckily this test proved that you are!  I guess it is time to pay child support... focus on that rather than get angry.

Your statement is very unprofessional and does not reflect the company. Many people have done this test before and there were no complaints.  I myself have dealt with them and they followed everything that I wanted and my results were correct. How do you know if you got the correct results if you just got them?  Sounds like you didn't want to be the father and now you have to pay child support.

I have used accu-metrics for prenatal DNA testing both paternity and gender. My testing was completed September 2013. Since then I have done the after birth testing all of my results did match. I was very pleased with my service. I beleive I was dealing with a girl named Sarah who was very nice and another lady named Cassie who gave me my results. she was very kind and made light of my situation. 

My results took about 8 days to comeback which was a bit later than expected although I do understand it is a DNA test and delays can happen. I do find it hard to beleive a lab would send results out to just anybody? But I wouldn't worry about the results they gave you as im sure they are right as mine are.
