I lost $800 dollars using a Ace Elite Netspend card. I was told I have to wait 10 days for an investigation.

I do not expect any positive results and I will not use Ace or Metabank again. They told me somone

answered my password question and so they allowed the money transfer. What a bunch of idiots. In

this day and age of fraud how can you just transfer money by answering a few questions. This is a

lesson learned for me. No more small institutions like Meta-back / Ace / Netspend.
